Adequate washing machine, albeit very low capacity and gets gunged up with fluff around the seal which is hard to remove, and leaks water inside the machine from the detergent tray. The engineer sent to fix this said it was due to the machine's design. The dryer function failed completely after 2 years and 2 months, and BEKO wanted 40% of the machine's coat for an engineer call out charge, which is potentially higher if more expensive parts are required. Genuinely shocking - BEKO have lost a customer for life, and I would strongly encourage others to consider their poor build quality and one year warranty when assessing value.

I really like this washer dryer. It is a bit noisy when spinning fast but cleans clothes and dries well. I’m pleased.

Bought November 2022. We have had a similar experience to an earlier reviewer. The drying programme developed a fault one month out of the one-year warranty. An engineer told us today that the main board would need replacing at a cost of several hundred pounds - almost as much as we paid for the machine. I guess a one-year warranty doesn't say much about the manufacturer's faith in the appliance.

Quite noisy especially on fast spin. Seems to take a lot longer on the drying than is displayed on the screen.

Like the way it fits in with the kitchen units due to the reduced depth of the machine. Nice and quiet. Like the option to spin at 1400, most washing machines only go up to 1200. Love the way you can shorten the washing time if items aren't that dirty. Still haven't quite got the hang of the best way to use the drying function. With king size quilt cover I often end up with things inside the cover that don't dry properly. On another occasion the clothes ended up really crumpled. It just doesn't seem to behave like a separate tumble dryer I had before (which was a Beko condensing one). I haven't figured out how you could just do a quick tumble dry just to freshen up a jumper without it been wet or running a long drying cycle. But it is still nice not to have 2 separate appliances to find a home for.

Great product. It is so much quieter than my previous machine! I haven't tried out all the functions, but it's very simple to use and I've used different settings. I'm particularly fond of the anti allergy wash and dry. There is a little water in the door seal when opening but that's easily dried out. Both the wash and dry functions work well.

Fantastic little machine does the job nicely

Had this a few weeks now and I would say great little Washer/Dryer. Quiet and compact, it's that quiet I have to check I have put it on. Doesn't dance across the floor. A 30 degree quick wash takes 28 minutes. Have not done a wash/dry but, have used dryer seperately. 30 mins on synthetic cost 10p (Pay as you go smart metre). 4 x 28 minutes wahses and 5 x 30 minutes of half hour dries cost under £1. Seem's very economical to use. I haven't downloaded app and have no intention of doing so, so cant comment on this. The only gripe I have really is that it leaves some water in the rubber seal which is quickly sorted with a bit kitchen roll to dry it and although a 1400 spin speed it doesn't seem any better than my 13 year old Beko 1200 spin speed washer which never once had a repair and was still working when taken away by the lovely AO delivery men. All in all I'm impressed with it, it washes well, it dries as dry as you want clothes dry on 30 minute cycles and does the job intended.
