Excellent product, no issues

Great product. Expected this to be complicated as my first foray into induction cooking but it is intuitive and easy to use. The additional tech vs using a gas hob is fantastic for fitting into a busy life - power boosts, ability to set timers for switching off, flexible cooking zones, warming, speed and limiting heat to the pan (great with kids and cats around) - I definitely wouldn’t go back to gas now I’ve experienced modern cooking! Hob also very easy to maintain and looks really smart and contemporary. Only reason for dropping a star is it doesn’t seem to retain small changes made to the basic settings but otherwise am really pleased with this purchase.

Easy to use, fast heat and turns off instantly.

This is a very versatile hob it’s simple to use and great quality.

We’ve only had it a few weeks but it does what we wanted it to do. It’s quick easy to keep clean and has useful features. I like the P setting for virtually instant boiling- with the corollary that one has to be careful not to boil over. Makes timing veg easy

Clean lines and easy to use controls

This is the BEST. It is so easy to use, and it is so easy to clean I have been using this now for the past month, and I just cannot be without it. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Hob excellent. But AO completely failed twice to install it just because the installer of the old hob had stuck the old hob down. AO claimed this made it impossible to remove. I found a local man who just got on and removed the old hob and fixed the new. AO installers deeply unimpressive.
