It's a lovely hob, delivery quick but one of the gas ring collars was scratched. Smeg offered a fantastic customer service and a replacement is on the way. It's not the easiest to keep clean and does show make, but all in all its lovely and matches with the Smeg oven.

Unfortunately, the hob was defective. One of the switches was faulty. Thankfully, this was picked up by the installation engineer and reported. Smeg are in the process of rectifying the problem. Sadly, it's now a week since the initial installation and we have to switch the burner where the duff switch is, with one of the other switches!. The other four burners work perfectly and very efficiently. But for the problem this is a cracking piece of kit, well worth the money.

Excellent hob, looks great and really good safety mechanism, turns gas off after 15 seconds if your gas gets blown out by wind or spillage. Would really recommend.

On firstThoughts, thought hob looked rather bulky but once fitted realised that it is a good solid hob. No movement of pots or pans while cooking as good sturdy supports keeps them from tipping or moving. Although only in use for a week , delighted so far .

The hob is great! It looks great and works well! Will be recommending. The cost was also very competitive. Overall very happy as it’s adds a lovely touch to the kitchen.
