I’m with Gemma’s review below. This oven is rubbish, don’t buy it. It is over engineered and under delivers. The functions are a waste of time, the instructions are useless and the grill in particular is not reliable. The only grilling it’s done is burn a piece of toast when I was testing how long it would take to toast. It’s a cold oven and despite all the marketing fluff, does not cook evenly. When you turn it on, it beeps at you demanding you press another button to turn on. Heaven forbid you leave the room to do something else because then it switches off and you have to start again. Because it’s over the 30 days, AO send you to Hotpoint and it’s really been a poor experience with them. I won’t be buying a Hotpoint oven again, and no doubt will have to replace the oven at my own cost because it is so useless. I never thought I’d want my previous oven back but at least I could cook home made pizza in 6 mins instead of 25!

This is a lovely oven. It takes a bit of getting used to all the features, but I am very impressed with the results. A bit disappointed that you only get one wire rack, although you do get a full width grill pan and a full width baking tray. Also you get a spit roast attachment which I am looking forward to trying. I also like the self clean function, which does away with a really tedious task. The triple glazed door is great, I no longer accidently burn myself on the oven door. Overall I am very pleased and would definitely recommend this oven.

Love this oven! Works great, you can set all sorts of functions and it’s super easy to use and change functions. It tells you when the oven is up to temperature and then starts a counter to let you know how long it’s been cooking, you can also set a timer. Would defo recommend this plug in oven

Unfortunately we are really disappointed with this oven. It is overly complicated, lacks features (such as a regular timer function) but at the same time has a lot of unnecessary features and most importantly, takes ages to cook food and then the food comes out chewy as it's had to be in there for so long. This oven is mid range and of lesser quality than some cheaper ovens I've owned and bought over the years. I'm only 2 months in I'm really disappointed and considering whether to replace it already.

The product is better than I expected, still trying to learn everything about but each bit seems easy enough to learn

Very easy to understand instruction manual and oven controls simple to operate even though I'm 81 years old.

I’m really pleased with this oven. It’s really quiet and efficient. It has lots of different settings, I’ve tried a couple including the proving function which was really good. I’m looking forward to trying out the rotisserie one. It’s really easy to use and is really good value for the quality you get.

Great oven, it's extremely easy to install, just plug it in. Very quiet to the point you don't even realise its on. There's some great features and the plus is the timer and it automatically switching off after cook time has finished. It is slightly complicated at first to use but once you've got your head around all of the functions, it's a great oven
