A superb product. High gloss finish; strong steel. Not noisy. However, I paid £25 for 10:00 am to 2:00pm delivery on a specific date, being disabled. ao.com managed to get the day right. But, the delivery driver called the cottage at 7:00 am, to say he would be 15 minutes. Hardly rocket science and after feeding this back, no refund just a phone number to discuss. Accordingly, I will never either recommend, or use this supplier again. 5 stars for the product, 1 for ao.com.

The cooker hood is beautiful. Strong steel and shiny black. I love it. However, after paying an additional cost for a specific time slot between 20am and 2pm (I am disabled and live alone), in case, I needed help to move it, etc, I received a call around 7.15am to say it would arrive in 15 minutes! You can imagine the struggle that followed. Utter incompetence and totally avoidable. I would never use this supplier again. BTW, I sent feedback attached to an email request and it took a working week to get an automated - 'whoops, sorry we got it wrong - give us a call'. I don't think so. A price paid for a lesson learned. No substance behind the glossy exterior. Avoid.

Product is fine . Quite powerful motor, for our use level 1 is more than sufficient and noise level at 1 is not so loud .just remember to buy the carbon filters separately as it does not cone with the product.

Not used much yet, but its seems to be of very good build quality. Looks really nice, so I am pleased with it.

Looks great, and an improvement on the previous version. However, it was only when the electrician came to fit that we realised we also needed charcoal filters, which AOL do not stock. I am currently trying to source a pair.
