After having an ancient Dyson vacuum that was slowly dwindling over the years, unpacked this and got straight to it. It picked up years of dust I hadn't even seen. All my rugs are now a completely different colour without the layer of ancient dust. Very happy with this product! It definitely does need the two batteries to get round the whole house though.

Great product staff very helpfull had a small issue with missing part when arrived so called them and they sent me the correct part had it in my hand in 2 days great.

Amazing in every way

Bought this to replace a Bosch cordless that stopped working fully after 1 1/2 years. So far so good. Great selection of tools, both batteries can be charged at same time. Easy to operate and put together. Had a solid feel but doesn't feel heavy. Great suction

I don't hoover, I don't like it! But the Shark Stratos cordless vacuum cleaner makes me want to just keep hoovering. Out of the way, I'm coming through (with the hoover). I find it hard to stop! It's so light and easy and the battery just keeps on going. The bendy wand gets under the sofas, the wand comes off so you can do the stairs. Maybe I just had a cheap vacuum before, but I love this machine!
