Good on hardwood floors as well as carpet. The clean sense works well, picking up dust that is not visible to the naked eye. The battery doesn’t last as long as advertised and the unit is quite heavy. Changing tools is also a bit fiddly, but overall very pleased.

I love this vacuum had to get it as my old one had broken the only thing I don’t like is it’s quite heavy. It vacuums the carpet lovely picking all bits up and making the carpet pile really stand up.

Great vacuum, light really helps to see. Only negative is the weight.

My wife is ecstatic with this purchase, after our cordless Dyson gave up after 6 years of torture we decided to go for something different, I surprised her with Mr Shark as she likes to call it. We have a cat that molts everywhere and a messy 9 year old, so it's constantly in use, we have hair and food crumbs that are swept up effortlessly thanks to the dual roller tech and anti hair wrap tech (no more needing to clean the rollers every week!) having 2 batteries is such a massive help, we can do the full house on 1 battery whilst the other charges ready for next time, the CleanIQ tech is awesome and so are the LEDs as we have a dark carpet so sometimes seeing debris or dirt is hard! The attachments are fantastic, especially the soft bristled one, we use that for the blinds and they have never looked so clean. It is slightly heavier than other brands but you can tell it is going to last a long time, its built to last and actually feels like you are cleaning efficiently. Would rate this as the best family/pet cordless vacuum on the market.

Very Good amount of suction compaired to my dyson , does a brilliant job picking up dog hair , I found it does use up the power quite quick so just as well it has two batteries

Excellent, lightweight enough to move and do what i need to but also you know it’s quality. Fantastic and easy to use, love the light on the front and how easy it is to change to handheld, tools supplied are also great, they cover all areas that I’ll possibly need. Highly recommend this!
