The washer is nice a quiet even on fast spin. It's simply to use and the dryer is better than previous washer/dryers I have had. Only had a month but i'm impressed so far ????

Sleek looking model, that was ordered & delivered by AO without any hassle. We have always had Washer/Dryers, and the settings look very similar, although this has the led screen, a remote online app function. There is also a setting for duvet washing, that I haven’t had before now. This machine is very quiet. Do have to use child lock function, as slighted touch & the machine will pause.

Excellent washer dryer, easy to use and very quiet.

Pros- smart function does literally everything for you. Clothes smell and feel so much better after washing or drying. Condensation in my utility room simply vanished. The HON app its excellent with loads of programs to choose from. I-refresh function eliminates bad odours and wrinkles if u accidentally forget your clothes in the drum or changing wardrobe seasons. Long run cost effective. Stylish ?? Cons- can not turn on-off trough app as it needs to be done manually and HON function selected. This washer dryer can not be 1mm out of plumb otherwise it will sound horrible when spinning above 1000 rpm. If u pause/stop a cycle depending on function selected you won’t be able to open door. If u think u can get away with a 10kg load to wash/dry! better think twice as it won’t happen, you will end up with wet clothes after 3h/4h drying. Overhaul a good washer/dryer if u follow instructions religiously but for a family of 5 I would go for a 13kg model. Still a 5***** product in my personal opinion.

Great washing machine and decent drying facility- solved our problem of having restricted space to dry clothes!

Good looking machine, clean and sleek. Astonishing range of wash and dry options which are fully customisable through the app which is easy to use. Huge capacity and really great results. I was shocked just how well cleaned things came out compared to my old washer. Like, how dirty were my clothes actually?! Even on 1400 spin, it’s pretty quiet and the drier can be used independently of the washer. Some very clever technology like the self cleaning cycle, steam refresh and very cool internal light when it first starts. Really versatile machine that I’m so pleased with. Have had it a few weeks now and I wouldn’t change a thing.
