It's good, but the app is complicated and not really worth using. You have to turn it off and on again every time you want to out the dryer back on, whether using app or not, and we thought we could use the app to restart the dryer etc if we're out of the house, you can't. We do benefit from moving to a condescending dryer and that has been a god send however, a standard one without the bells and whistles would have done the job!

Fluff gets stuck in door behind glass. Slightly long drying times but works OK.

I had high hopes for this tumble dryer but sadly I am disappointed. The programme's are a bit complicated to understand and the start stop pause button is not sensitive enough. Takes me about 10- 15 mins to just turn it on. Not what I wanted when I have a busy day.

Water container in at the bottom of the machine, which means you have to take the air vent grill off every time to empty the water container, this will break over time and is too fiddling to do every time.

A good dryer albeit at the budget end of the market. The controls seem to be unnecessarily complex though understandable. I'm not over happy with the water container being low down and hidden behind a removeable panel, hard work getting down there at my age.

Overall it does what it's made for, though to empty the water it is right at the very bottom of dryer so awkward to get to. The start button I find doesn't activate straight away takes a few presses and the door seems a little flimsy and slightly off so have to be careful. Dries well but not sure if sensor is accurate.

Water leaks from the bottom and the light doesn't work when the water is full. When contacted the company they said they would call back within 4 hours and I am still waiting over a week later. I'm not impressed with the service at all.

the removal of the water collected is behind the bottom panel I leave the panel off as the dryer is in the garage but I would have to keep removing and replacing it if the dryer was on show in the house.
