Ao delivery was great, removed old one and kept to time set. I haven't used the wifi settings, just the basics ones. - some are very long - 4 hours! I haven't received my electricity bill, so can't comment on the cost of running it, not as quiet as my previous one, can hear it in the lounge and its in the garage, so does the job, but not quite as good. The cost of this dryer was on offer, maybe I should have taken more time reading the other reviews. The overall dryer is fine, takes a big load, it has a side air duct than can not be covered, so something to factor in when ordering but the main reason, I have only given this product 3 stars in the water tank position. Its the worst design feature ever. Its right at the bottom of the machine, it slides in, you almost have to get on your knees to remove it, and needs to be emptied after every load. If I had a choice, I would choose a different dryer, solely for this reason. In general, the machine does the job, but taking the front off to remove water tank is a faff. clumsy to use.

Quite complicated and manual didn’t help much - could have done with videos to explain - buttons didn’t work at first and had to google to get it out of demo mode - WiFi disconnects so you have to be at machine to turn on so you way as well use the buttons and dial - the water container is right at the bottom and if it is full if you don’t keep it level it spills water - tried various modes and clothes are creased even with anti crease selected

I find the tumble dryer overly complicated when it comes to general use. The on/off/pause button is on the same press button and because it’s set under the surface of the dryer you can easily get the wrong position you are after. It also feels that function won’t last long as you need to keep pressing the area to get what you want. Drying ok but once it’s finished and you open the door, water drops off the door, and down the front of the dryer. I find myself having to wipe the door and front after each use. Never had this before with other machines ! Quite disappointed really so wouldn’t recommend.

This machine is to replace a hotpoint tumble dryer that burnt out. This one is quite noisy but drys the clothes ok. The biggest problem is the water tank is almost on the floor. This makes it very awkward to empty the water and I keep spilling the water in the floor. This machine would not be suitable for a person that can not get down to floor level easily to empty the water tank. I would not recommend this machine to a friend .

Not happy regarding out come of fault with new machine and being told it was down to way it was made want another machine that does NOT gather full around glass dome on door that is limpossible to clean

Tumble drier works fine once you've worked out the cycle you need to use, which is unnecessarily over-complicated with so many different cycles. The condenser flap is really flimsy and I wouldn't be surprised if the hinges snap over time. Water collector is very LOW DOWN (on the floor) so not exactly user friendly.

Have had the dryer since first week of December 2024 and so far its not as good as my previous Hoover which lasted 12 years. Firstly, a lot of water collects inside the door, and drips down. Even after you allow the ten minute cool down function. So when opening the door I have to have a cloth to hand. Second, I've noticed fluff is collecting inside the door window between the seal. Its impossible to get out ( I have changed the filter each time). It seems residual fluff is getting into this area. Third, the few times I have used it on the all in one function it has not dried at all. Fourth, large items like bedding get completely tangled up into a massive ball. The idea of buying a larger capacity was to load more items. I ended up with a large ball of bedding that was not dry. Even though I was careful to layer and not stuff in straight from the washer. Overall, this item looks nice, has a digital display, you can remote control via an App (not used yet). However so far its been frustrating to use. For the price I'm not sure this was a good buy, I wonder if I had waited and paid for a higher brand I may have got a better quality item.
