Neff 900 tilted extraction unit

I’m 5,7, at the minimum height I still could not reach the touch buttons so had to take product off wall. Left without an extraction over Xmas ????? as product could not be used but holes in my wall. I do not understand why NEFF put the touch buttons at top
Overall though I’ve wanted this for ages and disappointed I could not use it. It does look good.
When I called to return item there was no option to say for return, the operator told me he could not return it for that reason even though it had not been used another hassle. In the end I got my return. When delivered we opened the box it was thrown everywhere inside took lots of pictures incase of damage, on box it states to keep flat by pictures we received it on a trolley and the box was on its side, the front glass did not even have any wrapping on it, with luck it didn’t look damaged although still didn’t get chance to operate it hence my review overall a 1
