Unreliable Same problem over and over again Bad service from hotpoint Ended up buying a new cooker from AO Who refunded us the full price on a 20 month old cooker which hotpoint kept charging us to repair Or tried to make us buy an extended warranty I think a cooker should last more than 20 months of light use in a 2 person household It was the same problem every time with the bottom oven which started as soon as the cooker was installed Kim & Mike Watson

From start to finish great service, the ordering process, the updates and delivery were on time. You were kept up to date with everything. The cooker is fantastic best one we have had so far. Easy to use and maintain.

Bought to replace an older model of the same cooker. I have only one bad comment, hence the 4 stars, when grilling it is very easy to burn yourself as it gets very hot around the grill oven. The original cooker wasn’t so hot. The rest of it is great.

Great cooker But the matt finish on the cooker not easy to just wipe off

Really disappointed in this cooker my last 2 gas cookers were a Canon Chesterfield and one before Canon Pearl they were both great. This one is a hell of a job to ignite hob, gril and top oven! It's states to hold in ignition between 3-7 seconds! More like 10 - 15 its very frustrating and I can't see the ignition lasting very long.. 1 unhappy bunny
